# Costs and Rewards

We are a transparent fund, where **6%** of fees is disbursed among communities and protocol participants and only **1%** goes towards the development team. Dev funds are used to run events, talks, workshops and in the future (we believe) to have an small grants program to seed new ideas for partner protocols : )
